We want you to be happy with your fragrance. If something is not right, contact us and we will help.

Full refund: damaged or leaked items

If your order arrives damaged or leaked, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. You will receive a full refund.

Half refund: you did not like the product

If you simply do not like the fragrance, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery and receive a 50% refund of the product price.

How to start a return

Email zavellune70@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address.

Return shipping

Returns are sent back to the address we provide, and the buyer arranges and pays for return shipping at their own convenience.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund to your original payment method and email you to confirm. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit.
